Our valet trash service operates on a predictable schedule so both residents and property managers know exactly what to expect. Pickups are performed 3–5 nights per week, depending on the size and needs of the property.

Residents place their trash outside their door during designated pickup times. Each unit may set out up to two standard, bagged trash bags per pickup. Our team collects the trash and disposes of it properly, keeping breezeways, hallways, and common areas clean.

To ensure consistency and efficiency, standard valet trash service does not include oversized items, furniture, construction debris, or loose trash. Large items such as bed frames or mattresses can be handled separately through our bulk item removal service.
